Some jackass in a crop duster sprayed a towboat on the Mississippi River here in MS the other day.  Flew over, sprayed the tow boat and a "pleasure cruiser", then flew away.  This has already been posted.
Then yesterday probably the same jackass sprayed a Coast Guard station here in MS.  
My question is, if they can't find the duster, just how safe are we?  So far the tests for anthrax have come back negative on both incidents.
