My mom has one of these.  I think the pilot light is out.  

Any one know where it's located on the unit?

The model number is YCX030F1M0AE.

I think it takes a hot surface ignitor, no standing pilot. If you can snap a picture of it I can help you. I am a HVAC tech.

ETA - The model number you provided is for the A/C. The furnace model number will be on a tag on the inside wall of the furnace.
