Well, which is it, buddy?  Either there was no shooting imminent, or it was.  Can't have it both ways.

(I do think there was potential here, and I like how the felon father tried to buy a gun for the kid, but the news 'forgot' to mention that most likely, the NICS is what prevented him from buying the gun in the first place...
