Clarified things and expanded a bit to keep a lid on some of the truly "off topic" and "borderline" garbage floating around here lately...

Try to cut the useless "Check your email" or "hey, you here?" posts... thats why they invented email, ICQ, and CHAT for!!!

And don't start bitching about coming down on ya, the site needs to stay clean to a certain degree because of the kids and families who come here... I may put up a site for LT and the rest of ya to run wild with... but for now keep things under control please.

I'm just trying to ascertain the acceptable "degree," as stated.
