If you got on your hands and knees to take a whiff, yeah you could get a hint.  Went with hardwood floors anyways. Cat went to a new home.

Only the blood of the cat that pissed will get the smell out of the range bag.  Bleed said cat dry and use it's pelt to rub the blood in to the bag untill fully saturated.  There is a chemical reaction between the red blood cells and the dead white cells in the cat urine.  Let it sit for about 20 minutes in the hot sun.  Hot sun acts as a catalyst.  Then cover the bag with liquid Tide wiith Stain Blocker.  Now place it in the washing machine for the "heavy duty" cycle.  Hang dry, preferrably in the sun to complete the chemical reaction.  The bag should be good as new and repel any further stains from that cat.

Baking soda.  Make a paste, apply completely, let dry, then wash off.  No more cat piss.

I had a cat piss on my Para Ord.  Fucking ruined the finish on the magazine and rusted the mag well.

Baking soda took care of the smell on the rig.  ReParking was the only way of repairing the Para Ord.

Yes, I still like the Para Ord.  After replacing nearly every part...

Here is something that you can try also.  Should be available at your local Wal-Mart, Target, Meijer (similar to Wal-Mart for us Midwesterners).  Worked great for me and actually smells decent. Good luck.

Damn it, I always get late to these threads and someone steals my answer.  I guess the only thing to add, kill the neighbor's cat, then they won't have to worry about it either.
