A 1957 Austin Healey 100-6 that I fitted with a Ford 351C/FMX/9inch in 1975...

Your Opel rules. My "Futura" car of the future would burn oil, and I'd have to pull over every couple of gas tanks full, pull the 6 plugs and clean them they were so badly fouled. I hated it - it was baby/light blue in color too. |

My first car, 1989 Jeep Cherokee, 2 door, 4X4. Received it from my aunt as a gift.
eta: I would add a pic, but i can't seem to get it to work. oh well. |

Early 1970s Monte Carlo, a hand-me-down from my Dad. Silver with a maroon landau roof & interior, and totally indestructible... I did things in that car that neither of us had a right to survive.

1960 Ford Falcon 4 door. Hot water 6, three on the tree. Wouldn't scatter it's own shit.
1973 Chevrolet Bel Air station wagon in Crap Brown. Black vinyl interior and no AC. THAT was fun when I went to college in Texas...
1970 Dodge Challenger SE (still have it, in storage waiting for restoration)
1968 Charger R/T. Bought it in excellent condition in 1977 for $1500 and proceded to drag race it and generally abuse it until I sold it in 1982 for $2000. Got my first piece of tail in that car! Back then muscle cars were plentiful and cheap. Too bad I couldn't see the future.

1977 F250 Supercab w/400 and 4-speed creaper gear.
I paid for the truck cutting firewood... Oh the good old days of working for myself |
1979 honda cvcc civic....bought in 1990 when I was 16, paid 500 bucks for it.

My first vehicle was a early 90s Isuzu Pickup truck with no power steering, no ac and no radio. I also had to share it with my brother.
The first car I drove was my Dad's 1990 Chevy Silverado, followed by a 1995 Dodge Caravan when the truck died
The first vehicle I bought and paid for my self was a 1992 Dodge Ram, complete with redneck engineered front bumper, no back bumper, black paint flaking off revealing the red paint underneath, and A/C that quit working a month after I bought the truck Now I drive a 2000 Chevy Silverado 4x4 thats in much better shape! |

Oh my, does this date me! 1953 Chev 2dr, manual transmission. Added light blue paint job, baby moons with trim rings, and portawalls (fake white walls). Wish I had it now along with a few others in a line of cars I have owned.

'37 Chevy Master (means that it had 2 tail lights) sedan.
Put a 331 GMC 6 w/ 3 rochesters, McGurk manifold, Clay smith Cam and 13;1 pistons in 3 months later. |
1987 Saab 900S
Replaced the transmission once, the clutch twice, the alternator, brake fluid leaks, power steering leaks, muffler fell off, no speedometer lights, speakers were sinking into the trunk, and other things. The best thing was when a rear suspension bracket broke and the rear-end of the car would go back and forth in high winds. When the transmission needed to be replaced for the 2nd time I upgraded to a 2002 Nissan Sentra. The Saab was a POS, but it did last though high school. and college. |

Where you from and what ya packin under there? IBHSTT (In b4 Hemi starts trash talking) Now to follow that up I've got something in the works w/ my car that should put it over 500 on a safe tune. Then once I slap the DART block and pull all the parts off my 306 and put them on the DART I should be see right around 7-800. I'll give ya a clue...it's more efficient than superchargers and N20 and it's measured in lbs..... Seriously though love that color combo and would like to see some side shots of it. |

No shit. My first car was a 69 Camaro in 79 for $900 in great shape. I ran the fuck out of it and sold it in not running and needing a new engine for $1500 in 84 or 85. |
I had an 86 Saab 900S and it wasn't bad. Except for when a rotor went bad and it would have cost me more for the rotor than what I paid for the car. Peppy lil motor though for such an old car. Sold that off privately and got a '98 ZX2 Escort as a daily driver. I'm at 167K and still going. Driving this bitch til the wheels fall off b/c w/ the Stang I need something that gets good MPG. |

In 1993 I was 18 yrs old and driving a Maroon 83' Oldsmobile Delta 88. The car was like a freakin boat; it was a damn joke. I swear to God, I think I pushed that damn car more often than I drove it.
My front bench seat didn't work properly either and I couldn't fix it, so I got a big-ass log of firewood and placed it between the drivers side of the seat and the rear seat in the floor-board to keep the seat from moving back and forth while I drove. It did have a Chevy 350 engine though.....can't say anything bad about the power plant. |
1992 Ford Mustang in this disgusting turquoise color...an auto transmission 4 banger mustang!!!
I had the same car and bought it in 1983. It was totalled later that year and I replaced it with a 1977 model. In '86 I pulled the V-6 out and put a hopped up 302 in it. Then I put 2 Rockford Fosgate Pro-18" where the back seat used to be and hooked them up on a RF Power 1000 amp. I had more stereo than the car was worth but I was young and had a heck of a system. If only I would have spent all that money on HK 91's or Colt AR15's or xxxxx! BigDozer66 |

1971 Vista Cruiser!!!
J/K 1975 Brown Gran Torino. It was a fast car.... |

Engine is 455 cu Oldsmobile, with Edelbrock intake, 750cfm 4 barrel carb, MSD ignition, Hooker headers, Pypes 2.5in exhaust with x-over, tranny is a TH-400 rebuilt by B&M, rear end is a 12 bolt GM, rebuilt by Currie. I did most of the mechanical work, and all of the body work, including paint, in the garage at my house, in NC. Paint is custom mixed by me. Its House of Kolor, 2 parts chrome yellow to one part lemon yellow, with a small amount of gold pearl in the mix, topped with a clear coat with the same pearl, then final clear coat. I'm not sure I have many other pics. It doesnt make it out of the garage too often...I'll see what I can find. |

1972 Cutlass S Coupe. 350Rocket/TH350. non-power drums.....
The car was driven out to VA from CA by a marine and sold out here. No rust but, it was painted a shocking metallic orange with black torque thrust rims. Started a fascination with orange muscle cars... I miss that car. |
