This is a .458 SOCOM on a designated TROMIX lower from a GB on www.458socomforums.com.

Hopefully RRA will have theirs in full production soon and maybe someone will start producing ammo.

No offense, but virtually any round does that to soda bottles.

Hell, I used to set up soda cans and shoot them with my crossman pellet gun.

10 pumps and kasploosh, the can would rip open in a furious spray of soda.

grin, yea I know. I shot another one with an AR and it did the same thing. Looks cool tho.

I also shot a gallon of water with it. The real damage is to the container. It blew the entire thing open with about a 12" hole in it. The AR mad eabout a 4" hole.

Someday Il'l do the comparision of them all.

No, .224" 30 grain JHPs. They are stubby and have a shitty BC along with the tiny SD. But that makes them EXPLODE on contact.

10 rounds fit into a standard AR15 magazine.

The round still does plenty of damage.

Not to hijack the thread, but what is the deal with the gun vids on YOUTUBE? Someone always seems to have something to say about SteyrAUG. From what I have read here, he seems like a decent guy.

Although......I have been wrong in the past....
