If someone has a CAR stock that is pinned to full length for use on a post-ban, can it be unpinned and used on a pre-ban? Or, is the pin welded or locked on for good?

On mine, you can drive the pin out, and then unscew the cap, but it doesnt have the spring mechanism in mine, becasue it is still locked in place, not to mentioned filled with glue all inside.

Not worth it.

They also use full length buffers, so even if you pulled the pins it wouldn't be able to telescope.
