The CV-22 is the USAF variant of the V-22, the Marine Corps variant is called the MV-22.

I thought that the Marines were the only ones using the Osprey. Is that not the case now?

The AF has been a partner in the program for a long time.  We are buying 50 of them for Special Operations use.
