FWIW

I intentionally stayed out of the thread in question, I could see no good coming from getting involved.

I don't agree with taking advantage of a situation, even if I feel I have been taken advantage of.

They didn't shut off the pump!  How is it the consumers' fault when the vendor continued to sell product after being informed of the pricing at the pump?  it also bring up the fact that they were not selling at the advertised price, I am pretty sure that that is at the very least, a civil violation.
