I don't know.  I know I'm seriously dragging if I don't have at least breakfast.  I can do without everything else, but I can't get started in the morning without something for breakfast.

heck if youre a python, eaten oncet a month or thereabouts is normal.. lions, tigers bears i suspect they eat mayhap oncet a day if they be lucky...

what kind critter you be?

Actually you are better off eating 5 or 6 very small meals over the course of the day. If you eat only once a day then your body goes into starvation mode and any extra calorie get packed on a fat.

Im back on the 1 meal a day habit.

I need to go back to eating normal again.

I only eat once a day, done that for the past 14 years or so.  Coffee in the AM, Diet Dew throughout the day, and a good supper.  Hasn't caused me any health issues or weight gain.  I'm 6' and 180lbs. YMMV but it works for me.

I generally eat 4 small meals a day.

More if I think I might have a tough work day.

I only eat one meal a day.
I've been doing that for almost thirty years now (I'm 51 now).

I understand that it is not the healthiest way to eat - but my doc proclaims me as one of the healthiest patients she has (based on blood returns)....

I only eat dinner (ie. for me a meal taken between 6-8pm), a full blown healthy meal with properly proportioned food groups.  I NEVER eat lunch, and the only time I eat breakfast is on occasional weekends.

I feel fine, have plenty of energy (I jog 3 miles a day during my lunch hour), and I sleep well.

But this is just me - it may not work for you....

I used to eat 4-5 times a day


But as of late i have been a little stressed out and only get hungry/eat once a day around 6-7 o'clock

I am 5-11 and around 200lbs not fat but carrying extra few lbs.

I feel sorta sick to my stomach untill I get hungry so I go see a doc?
