Does anyone sell a kit? If not how bout just the upper with the bolt carrier assembly? Or do I have to buy al a cart?

I've contacted Model 1 Sales and J&T Distributing both by email about this.  They are both happy to set up an M4 kit for you.  They can pretty much make any configuration you want available in kit form.
