Not a bad idea! Go there and check it out..you'll find some old friends there from the "pre-ban" AR15 board too.

I think I'd be too worried about some BATF troll joining it, in order to get a fix on our positions!

Not to worry..don't you think there are BATF agents who belong to the NRA? We need an organization which has as its' main purpose the support for, and advocation of our right to own, collect and shoot any "military pattern" rifle, or "militia-type" rifle in the country. Somebody else coined the term..Sport-Utility Rifle, not me, but I wish I had;)
They're not advocating anything illegal..just advocating the rights of "Sport-Ute" Rifle owners.

I think that this is a great idea.  The "shall not be infringed" clause is all too often overlooked by existing organizations.  

Personally, I think individuals should be allowed to own ANYTHING owned by our armed forces without any restrictions.
