Yes, it's $30 because HP won't make enough off of a discontinued model to pay to have their developers write W2K drivers.

Last month and again this week Best-Buy had on sale Umax 2010 scanners for $69 plus $25 instant rebate and $25 mail-in rebate. I got 2 and they work great. Not bad for $19.
