Sorry for the continued delay on the HKPRO boards.  Still trying to work out details.  The HKPRO boards run on a Unix server, and the best offer to host came from an NT server host.  Investigating with UBB the costs for switchover.  I really am sorry that this is taking so long, but I am on it, and the boards will be back soon!
