Who is selling those M16A2 parts kits? I know Tapco is, but I had a bad experience with them and don't want to buy from then again. Century sells them for about $300

Anyone else??

Tapco reportedly was sold out of those kits by midday on Friday, 10/5.

I ordered one in the nick of time.  Tapco says it's in the mail.

I didn't see any of those at the Crossroads of the West in Del Mar, OCR over the weekend.
