It's a single shot weapon, and it fires an arrow. Kinda of a cute idea though.

Don't begin to compare it to a 32 shot rocket carbine- Full Auto or semi auto-
Hits somewhere between a .45 and a 10MM- takes conventionial small arms mags...
Virtually no recoil- no noise

That thing is a crossbow that uses model rocket engines. Kinda cute, but it makes no practical sense.
