I get a lot of satisfaction from shooting a Ruger 6" revolver in .357...it's a great gun to use for all kinds of shooting. |

SAR-1 or 2. Try to get your hands on them before you purchase though. Some have canted sights or gas tube(fixable). I found a nice one with good finish on wood, etc. Just changed stock out to US made KVAR polymer, however. Waiting on my Kobra sight also. Then get some mags from Magua Industries/Chief Thunder. Exc prices. He's got a forum on the AK-47.net. Alot of people use Wolf ammo but I'll confess that I'm not a fan. Aim Surplus has(or at least had) south african 7.62 FMJ for $19/200 rd battlepak. A good buy on good, reliable, accurate ammo. Good luck.

I'd secone the Sar1/2. But as far as pistols go I really want a CZ75 in 9mm or a Ruger Vaquero in .45LC. Both run about $375. Or you can get a Makarov pistol and a Yugo Mauser and still have money left over for ammo.
