Just finished reading it, man that's scary! So the gov't [b]knows[/b] there is serious short-comings in the NDMS? What the hell are they doing about it? Funny, just occured to me that there was a case of Anthrax a day or so ago in FL. That stuff is worse than Small Pox by a long shot.

The guy in south Florida with the anthrax died this afternoon. I heard an ABC or NBC report on the radio around noon today stating there was a SECOND anthrax case in south Florida but I have not heard another word about it since then.

Funny I just saw some Gov't official on CNN saying we were ready for a Bio/Chem attack. I don't think the "Dark Winter" conclusion supports his statement.
