between the 400 cor-bon and the 45 +p ?
the velocities are fairly close, cept the +p throws a bigger bullet.

Yes, you can get 45acp rounds in all varieties of weights, bullet configurations and places.
As for 400 cor-bon, duuhhh heck I don' know?
