They said it began in June. Also, note these things are usually swift, and short lived. At least in Africa. There have been a number of documentaries about Ebola on PBS in the past few years. Anyway, most likely it is a natural outbreak. Lets not get our panties in a wad just yet.

They don't usually release this type of info because of the panic it would cause, so the fact that they had THOUSANDS of Afghan refugees rushing to their borders and not say anything, makes me question a lot of the facts around this.
The article said they've asked for international help... you'd think this wouldn't be much of an issue now if it hit in June... I'm not saying one way or another, but this can't be a good thing to add to the mix. |
