Send that to ebay, the seem to generally do something about it when this stuff comes ot their attention.

If they find more examples of shill bidding they'll probably take out the bidder acounts too.

I'd steer clear of this theres no reason posted in the auction why this would be relisted.

Also note the undercarraige pix it's all Rattle Can...........real pro I see someone even painted the inside of the front tires with the spray paint
