I do.  Here's what I use:

3 - Louis Rich "Southwestern" style chicken packages, prechopped
1 - Green Pepper
1 - Red Pepper, chopped/canned
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Large soft-flour Tortilla shells.

Throw ingredients into skillet.  Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.  Serves 8.

Garnish with:
Grated Pepperjack Cheese
Mild Pace brand Salsa
Mayfield Light Sour Cream
Fresh chopped tomatoes

Off to the store to get some ingredients.  Just thought I'd share.  *Gasp* maybe even a thread dedicated to yummy recipes?  Now that's just [brown]Eeeeee-vil[/brown].

Went out to dinner with some of my family to either Chevys or Chiles(can't remember) and had the Buffalo Fajitas.

Now that was some damn good meat.
