Doubtful, but, hopefully as many totalitarian anti-gun enemies as possible sign on to it so that we can show the slightly apathetic gun owners out there that they want to ban all guns. Not your neighbor's gun, not just "evil assault weapons," not just the scary guns. They want every last one.
