I'm not really thinking of buyiing it, The picture of it caught my eye.
I know that's my picture of a rifle I sold last week.

My rifle was a  Colt 6530 without the reinforcements and with a large front pivot pin and was in approx 85% definitely fired condition and didn't come with any accessories.
Couldn't be my rifle but I'm sure its my Pic.

Ask the seller for another pic-maybe one of the serial# to "prove it's a preban"

If he's got the same type of rifle, he may have used your pic just to save him the trouble of taking one of his gun.  

The same way people on ebay use pictures from vendor web pages rather than take their own.

Doesn't mean he's about to rip anybody off.
