I just wanted to share my story.  This weekend I took my anti girlfriend to the range to shoot.  We started with a .22 and moved up to a .38 special and eventually up to my .45.  I asked her if she was having fun and she said no, but she kept asking to shoot more with a smile on her face.  Now she wants to get one (blue with pink grips, but we'll work on that).  It just goes to show that if you can just expose someone to the sport how quickly you can change their minds.
