Fear of Hoppy.
I've seen a couple of cases in my day.  (I think it's a fear of inanimate objects). |

Now that I know the definition, I seem to recall some of Col. Cooper's writings in old G&A magazines mentioning hopolophobes. It is an irrational fear of weapons that some people feel that just owning a weapon will make them do bad things. Or that the weapon itself, even if it is an inanimate object, will do bad things.
