My list includes:

-the print is too small
-those damn annoying smilies
-depressing colors

but the top thing for me is:
the "jump to" button on the bottom of the page is not automatically set to the forum you're in. You have to constantly scroll to "general discussion" to renew the page.

ditto on the jump, but the rest are ok.
What I like is the 'last post by' feature. and how many people lurk.

Not sure if I can put the blame on the forum, but my system resources are constantly being drained!!!!

It even went down to zero percent!!!!

- the colors are unconventional
- fonts are too small
- you have to login everytime
- the entire left border is a total waste of space
- there is a 80 character limit
- more to come later....

It's a real issue trying to see the various topics. Always end up with the most recent posting, then finally have the main menu of topics.

Netscape hangs for 30 seconds with the "reading file" displayed, then displays a page.
Colors are an issue. Black or dark colors are not recommended for web sites.
