As of a couple hours ago, there was a pre-ban Colt HBAR blue label at Vance's for $999.  I called Colt and verified pre-ban status.  I almost bought it, but decided to hold off to get the config that I really want.  

This was a police trade.  It needs cleaning but looks to be in great shape, I'd say around 90 - 95%.  

Just passing this on in case someone wants to jump on it.
