My money is he's currently rednosed on a bender somewhere. There are also those nasty rumors that he's dying, so one never knows.

There are also those nasty rumors that he's dying, so one never knows. That's not nasty, I'd love to be able to vote in a special election. We have a Libertarian candidate who made a pretty decent showing against him last time. |
