Nope, but if Citrix won't help you directly, tell them you are looking at AppStream as well. That might change their mind.

You can request a copy for evaluation from Citrix's web page.
They will mail you the media and a temp serial. ETA: At least you could in the past. Not sure about today. |

I don't remember how many license you received. It has been 3 years since I signed up. The main reason I signed up was to get new media for what we were using. |
