After we kill Bin Laden, we need a plan to destroy future terrorist.  I think I have it figured out, but the plan with take 5-10 years to have its full effect.  In short, we must give them what they hate, "American culture".

Instead of dropping bombs, we drop porn!  We drop millions of old Playboy and Hustler magazines.  Once a month we make drops all over the country.  We also drop car and motorcylce magazines and Cosmo for the ladies.  We can also ship crates of cheeseburgers and greasy fries or pizza.  Maybe we could make some hand crank powered TV sets that only get MTV, Springer and Oprah.  After 5 years of getting fat on fast food and beating their meat to Pam Andersons boobs, they will beg us for more.  The last thing they will want is to bomb us.  

Once they are hooked, we setup factories in their countries so they can pay for our goods.  The wages will be only a few cents an hour (like China).  We hand out credit cards so they get deep into debt buying our stuff that they made and is sold back to them at inflated rates.  They will pray that the can work harder to buy more of our stuff and get a cool car.

This will make the adults furious and want to attack us even more.  One thing I learned from the gun grabbers is that you have to go after the youth.  Kids will eat it up.  They will beg their parents for more and more of America.  There will be "boy bands" that sing badly in Arabic, or even worse they'll try to rap.  It will be their total destruction!
