I assume you are looking for FM 21-15, "Care and Use of Individual Clothing and Equipment". As far as I know, it's not on-line anywhere. It apparently is a low-priority text for electronic storage.

That was interesting.  I just competed my 14th year in the US Army and have never seen that manual.  We just always put the stuff in our unit SOPs and let the soldiers tailor it to their specific body types.  Thanks for posting the information.
