Since my club was having family day, there was no shooting outside so we went to the rental range. It was absolutely packed. Everyone from novices to experts shooting everything from a 22/45 to a AK to a 590A1. They were selling Bin Laden targets constantly.

After that, had to go to the gun shop since a friend of mine absolutely loved my .40 Hi-Power, and since you can't get one in MA anymore, we were trying to get her a CZ75. They were packed as well, but no price gouging. I got a surprise as they had sold an old Stevens SxS that I had on consignment, so I parlayed it into a new 590A1.

All in all a productive weekend.

The state-run range here was very busy today.  Lots of new faces, women and kids.

I was encouraged.
