If gun manufacturers can be sued and held liable for the criminal missuse of their products, then why can't airplane manufacturers be held liable for the criminal missuse of their aircraft?  Seems to me a precedence may  be set here.  Money grubbing lawyers could make millions off of this. The thought makes me sick.  Anyone else think this could happen?

ATLA, the American Trial Lawyer's Asscoiation, has asked all attorney's to refrain from filing lawsuits based on incidents arising from the attacks.  I believe almost all are heeding it.  Personally though, once things settke down, I don't see how American & United Airlines will survive this.  At this point, I don't think they deserve too...
