With all this war info floating around im curios
I know that you can be as younge as 17 i belive to join the military and go to basic but is there a requiremenmt to be 18 to actually be sent to war or not. Im asking because several of my friends are listed in reserves and have not ben through basic yet could they theoreticly be imediately sent through basic then secondary training and be sent to war even if there not 18? just wondering

Unless it has recently changed, you can enlist at 17 (with parental consent) but cannot be assigned to a combat zone until you are 18.
