I knew it was someone here.  I should have got
one of his cards or something..I have been seeing hime pretty regular at some of the bigger shows.  I'll play private eye next time I see him and ask for a card or phone #.
The shirt looked okay.  It could have been done better.

Thanks dangerousdan, lets get this guy to pay royalties to me....Does .50 each shirt sound good.
I tried to do a AR verson but I didn't have enough sand, AND being winter here now I can't get any FREE sand without Salt being mixed in it.
I did take some pictures but they look AWEFUL!!! plus the drug store messed up the pictures.

That's sad that all you can hope for is it was done well.

Did you have a copyright?  (I know, not likely)

Its a shame Bishop.  I like the PIC though.  If you ever get it on a shirt let us know.  I will buy one in a heart beat.  Hey Contras21 I think he just ran out of ammo.  That could happen to anyone.

1)NO don't send me any sand.  I can buy sand.  I rather get it for free.

2) No the pic isn't copywritten.  didn't think I had to.  Didn't think somebody would just take it and make money from it.  I see it on web sited all the time and I'm FINE with that.

I sent a little e-mail to him.
WOW $12.50, now wouldn't a nice little .50 per shirt be nice to send me for the idea the  picture?
The thing with the AR is that I burry it and after I'm done I have a lot of sand all through it, even after I seal all of the cracks...

Sidx, was the picture you saw like this?  http://members.aol.com/bishop042/yours05.gif

I'm talking to him now via E-mail.  So what should I do, harrass him to death to stop or just get some free t-shirts and let him be?
This probably couldn't be persued to far anyway because the pic isn't copywritten.  Even if I could it would end up COSTING some seroius $$ that I don't have.

There are ways to PROVE that it is indeed mine.  Things about the picture that only I know...

I think I'll just ask for a couple of t-shirts and let him go.  I'll try to find out how many he has sold, and let that rot in my gut for a while.

What do you guys think?
