This morning I was watching it to get the weather and they showed some police at an airport. The one officer had and AR15/M16 with a pistol magazine in it. I'm assuming this is a 9mm conversion? Is it a normal thing for police to use?

Allot of law enforcement is going to the 9mm.  You can shoot someone and the bullet does not keep going.  At least not as far as a .223 would.[heavy]

There's been other tests too.  I even did my own tests.  One where we shot through an old building and plywood.  Another was more for the camera using gallon jugs of water.  True, buildings aren't made out of jugs of water, but it made for a good picture and I wanted to shoot up the Corbon rounds I had received.

The results of the water test were:
.223 Corbon:  Stopped in 2nd water jug
9mm: Stopped in 3rd water jug

The cap on the water jug is about three times the height of the jug itself.
