Took the kids and wife to trick or treat tonight.
Carried my G26 and my surefire...but a frickin' zombie still got my cell phone!!
BUT, I did have the wife on a Motorola and I had my hacked Yaesu VX-5 for back up!
Comm was never lost.

ETA:It's easier to say zombie instead of: I think I bent over and my fat roll released the phone from my waste...

Sorry couldn't resist...

You had a good time right, and got a lot of candy? I took my nephew around, my sister and I split the candy between the two of us.

These days you just can't take chances.  It's unfortunate. I was answering the door to pass out candies at my home with my 1911 securly in my IWB holster.
No problems and I just feel safe to say I could of countered almost anything that came my way...  i also had a large maglite by the door, which came useful whaen a parent escorting their her kids dropped her keys in my front lawn.
