Shortly after I moved out of the house, I found myself without a roof over my head for a couple of weeks. I cut a deal with the owner of a waterbed store. To advertise the waterbeds I'd sleep in the bed in the storefront window, change and use the store bathroom and shower at the Y.
IIRC, the gig lasted about a month until my cohorts and I got our act together and found a place we could afford. Early 70s |

I tried that once, except I like to sleep naked. Now I have to register every time I move and can't live within 1,000 feet of a school. |
