Might want to check this one out.
I rented it recently.  It's a couple of years old, but, relevant as hell today.

Saddam Jr. tries the invasion of Q8 again and gets told by the U.S. President to go back and give up or we nuke Baghdad.  
Saddam Jr. says they'll nuke 2 dozen cities with missles from subs if we don't turn the B2's back.
We nuke 'em, anyway, because...now, this is the secret of the story, so, I won't post it right away.( If anyone has seen this, go ahead and give the secret away.  If you don't want to know--I suggest renting the movie ASAP. It's a classic.)
That's the best part.  Why we CAN.

The President tells the world after we waste Baghdad:

"We are the United States of America; we have nuclear weapons and we WILL use them."

Saw it.  I won't give the plot twist away, but man, it had you wondering.
