While the identity of these terrorists has not been confirmed, I firmly believe that it can be traced to Hamas, Ossama bin Laden, et al.

Do you think that the United States will begin to take control of its own borders, NOW?  

Maybe with all this going on, the Drug War will be shunted to the side, and the Federal law enforcement agencies can begin concentrating on the REAL threats to our nation, not imaginary ones!

Be careful what you ask for, Eric. It may not cure this problem, and might be worse than what we have now.  We will never be able to seal our borders sufficiently to totally prevent this sort of attack.

 Now matter what we do, they have changed our way of life in this country today by doing this. It's what they wanted to do.
 Think what a SOB it will be to travel in this country now. People will be all too willing to give up freedoms for an *illusion* of security.
