I was just curious what bullet and pwder you used, and why. I shoot a full size Target model Kimber and wanted to get ideas on what to reload with. I use Winchester 231 5.5 grain with a 200gr semiwadcutter, made by [url]http://www.precisionbullets.com/[/url]. Been very pleased with the bullets. Just wanted to know what you guys out there used.

Unique, 5.7 grains, should work well w/ your 200 SWC.

I load a win 230 gr JHP over 6 gr of unique.

I shoot a lot of 45acp. Indoors with Rainier 230 gr FMJ ( a restruck hardball, completely jacketed ) Outdoors with Shooters Choice 185 gr SWC and 230 gr RN. I use Vihtavhouri n320 for all my 45's. It's very clean. Tested a lot to see how long before crud would make a good, tight, 1911 quit. 1500 rounds was a snap with n320.
