I realize that this is not the most appropriate forum for this question, but I need to make a quick decision, and General Discussion gets a lot of traffic, so...
I am thinking of going with a JFS Patrol Sling for my 20" AR, and I would appreciate any feedback from those who already own and use one.
Is it less cumbersome than a Giles sling? Does it work in carrying positions other than front slung "tactical low ready"? How does it attach to the rifle, and does its use necessitate side mounted sling swivels?
