Hey, I was wondering if you have some good sources for information about USMC sniper Carlos Hathcock.

One of the requirements is that I find information from a newspaper, magazine, book, and a few online sources.  The book and online sources are not a problem, however, I am having trouble locating a magazine and newspaper article about Gunny.

IF you have an article, or you have a magazine that has information in it, and can scan it for me, I would very much appreciate it.  Also, if you dont mind, I would need atleast enough information about the magazine or newspaper to locate it for my bibiography, or if you are feeling generous, all of the info for it.

I simply cannot find a good magazine or newspaper article about him, and i KNOW some of you can atleast point me in the direction of where to look.

I just havent found anything, and after looking for about a week, I figured I would just ask you guys for some help :-)

Thanks,
MM14

Sorry, I don't have his address w/ me at work
But sure someone will remember and let ya know, call the local paper where he was living.
Also I seem to remember a Washington Post or WSJ article on his receipt of the Silver Star a few years back.

Fulton Armory folks might be a good contact, I believe they had quite a bit of bio info on him.

Not a single bit of information for over 1 week.  Why not try searching the internet [thinking]

Not sure if the phone number on the business card still works or not but you may want to try it.

I don't know, but surely 'Soldier of Fortune' magazine would have written something.

if you read my post...I have been looking for a source in a magazine or a book for a week ;-).

Found tons of info on the net, but I need to have different sources, i.e. not ALL from the internet :-)

Thank you all very much who replied, I think I have all that I need.

Again, thanks a ton.

Big Bear, I apologize, my post was directed towards "chaingun" who advised me to search the net.  I should have made that more clear.  You have been nothing but helpful to me, and I thank you for that.  I did not mean that towards you.
