And I was wondering what message I might get if I called some place in Israel or Lebanon that had been destroyed by the war. I think it might go something like this...

"The target you have dialed has been destroyed. Please, check your loyalties and try again."

You'd get a busy signal, it would just ring forever, or you'd get a recorded message saying the circuit is down.
