He will probably walk a little slow and stiff legged for a few days... When my dog had his manhood removed he would look between his legs then look up me with worrying eyes. I think he was wondering "where did they go!". :-)

Notice how it's always the woman that is more than happy to take the dog to vet. Owwwie!
Be a nice guy and spring for some replacement Nuticles so he has something to lick after the operation. |

My Girlfriend took our dog for the "operation" about a year ago. Poor guy, not only did they do the "snip-snip" but they pulled 12 teeth while he was under. He was so drugged up for the next week, he could hardly keep his eyes open.

Mine too! One of my dogs came down with pancreatitis on Friday...was in vet ICU all weekend. He's okay now...but it was $850. I'm getting insurance!

He's not really aggressive, but he does challenge me more than he challenges my fiancee. However, he is more responsive to my commands. As far as the humping goes...that better stop. He's 7 months old and weighs 55lbs. He's already getting difficult to control during those situations. Time for obedience school. |
