SB 1338 - look it up - call your senator tell them to shit can this bill.  Incidentially, this thing was submitted after the Navistar shooting which an SKS was used, but it is NOT banned.

Heck, we're going to skip all that lightweight registration stuff and go right to an outright ban. No use doing it a piece at a time.

If your shotgun holds more than 5 rounds it is illegal. Don't even think about an AR or an AK.
