For combat I would rather have the HK USP .45 and the HK G-36 as show in the pictures.  Not having the full auto capabilities of the Colt-Sporter put syou at a disadvantage of the opponent.  USP .45 in my opinion is more reliable and easier to shoot than the Colt Delta.

Ok...item by item analysis:
USP:  No problem for me...no problem at all...very nice
G36: HK's got some good stuff, but I've never tried one of these
1911: Passing experience, never had any problem with it
H-BAR: Very familiar with it...ready to go

Ok..matching just pistol to pistol, I'd prefer the HK, but would be fine with the 1911.  Matching rifle to rifle, the G36 may be a fine rifle, but it's an unknown element to me, so the choice is easily for the H-BAR, hands down.

Since the sidearm is basically to fight my way to the shoulder fired weapon, it's option B for me.

I have shot the G36 and was very un-impressed. There is nothing special about this rifle. I have also shot the UMP and felt the same way. Triggers suck and the mags are freaking huge! If I had to pick a HK subgun it would be a MP5 in 10mm. USP doesn't exactly float my boat either.

I would pick the 1911 and the Colt Rifle(not necessarily the same configurations as in your pic).

HK has never been that amazing with triggers on any of their guns.

I'm partial to a good 1911 but the USP is an excellent pistol. I have no experience with the G-36 but ask yourself, how easy is it to get parts and magazines. You probably already know this but there are plenty of magazines and parts to be had for the AR and they are ususally at affordable prices.
