The only real lemons I have had experience with have been a SIG P-226 and a .50 AE Desert Eagle.

The other SIGs I've shot worked fine, and were very nice except for their double action trigger pull.

The Desert Eagle is the only one I have ever tried. The owner had already sent it back to the factory, and it was still jamming on every magazine.

For concealed carry its glock 26 9mm and home protection springfield armory 45 for me. love both guns, but to each his own, that is the beauty of the weapons game, sooooo many choices!!!

Gets old, yes, but how else are the new to shooting people going to gather info without digging through the archives? Not everyone has 20, 30 or more years of owning every type of weapon, like us. See where I'm coming from? I try to be considerate of fledgling shooters, even if it is repetitive. Can always skip over the topic too? If you were buying your first gun, you would like the comparisons, I think. Not to mention brand names are changing as quality is too. (not intended to be BALOO vs. anothergene) [:)]
